HESTAREN SYSTEMS LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how Hestaren Systems LLC (“Hestaren,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information in connection with our company website and inquiries about our services.
It covers our informational website and initial communications. Separate products, including Daedren, and client engagements may have additional privacy notices or contractual terms.
1. Information we receive
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and any company, contact, or project details you include.
- Website request information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser and device information, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. When a page loads, a small Cloudflare script reports the page viewed, the referring website, browser and device type, approximate country, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device, and gives us only aggregated statistics, not a record of individual visitors.
- Appearance preference. If you choose light or dark mode, the site saves that choice in your browser’s local storage. This preference is not sent to Hestaren.
- Font requests. The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google your IP address and request details, such as the requested resource and browser information, when retrieving those fonts.
The website does not provide account registration, a contact submission form, or payment collection. Displaying or copying our email address does not send us your details. We receive your message only if you choose to email us.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your needs, discuss services, prepare proposals, and maintain relevant correspondence. Technical information is used to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and help prevent abuse. Aggregated visit statistics help us see which pages are useful and keep the site fast. We may also retain or use relevant records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
3. Providers and disclosures
We use service providers as needed to operate the website and communicate with you:
- Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, security, and privacy-focused visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Workspace provides our business email service and processes email correspondence. See Google Workspace’s data processing terms.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on these pages. See Google Fonts privacy information.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary processing by hosting and email providers is described above. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud or abuse, or resolve a dispute.
4. Cookies, local storage, and tracking
We do not include advertising pixels. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, use local storage, or follow you across other websites. The site uses local storage to remember your appearance preference; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the protection features enabled. Google Fonts receives requests to deliver fonts; it is not an advertising feature on this site.
We do not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. We do not sell or share information for targeted advertising, regardless of whether a Global Privacy Control signal is enabled.
5. How long we keep information
Inquiries that do not become client engagements are retained for 12 months after the last meaningful exchange. We then delete them from our active inquiry records, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. A renewed substantive discussion starts a new 12-month period.
If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant correspondence becomes part of the client record. Client records, contracts, and invoices are retained separately for as long as needed to perform the engagement and meet applicable contractual, accounting, and legal requirements.
Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form under Cloudflare’s Web Analytics retention settings. Technical and security records are governed by the applicable provider’s service settings and retention practices, rather than the inquiry period. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups or recovery systems according to their deletion processes. The appearance preference stays in your browser until you clear the site’s data or replace the preference.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose what to include in an inquiry. Please send only information relevant to discussing your project and avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
To ask about your information, request access, or request a correction or deletion, contact . We will assess and respond to your request under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute. Privacy rights and any applicable appeal options depend on where you live.
7. Security and processing locations
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their applicable service terms and safeguards.
8. Children’s privacy
Our website and consulting services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
